The current production application does not set cookies or use local storage, session storage, advertising pixels or analytics. Submitting an enquiry takes you to FormSubmit, which may use its own cookies and spam-check technologies. These are not embedded in the RDB pages.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information a website can store in your browser. Similar technologies can store or access device information in other ways. Their purposes can include remembering preferences, providing essential functionality or measuring activity.
What the current website uses
| Feature | Current behaviour | Application storage duration |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics and advertising | Not installed or requested by this application | None |
| Preference and session cookies | No cookies set by application code | None |
| Local and session storage | Not used by application code | None |

| Maps and external guidance | Ordinary external links; no embedded map or tracking content | None set by this application |
Why there is no consent pop-up
This version does not use optional cookies or tracking technologies, so it does not ask for consent to features it does not have. You can browse our pages without making a cookie choice. When you submit an enquiry, you visit FormSubmit’s external processing step. Its cookies and any spam-check technologies are subject to the information and controls provided there. Browser caching and autofill are managed by your browser or device.
FormSubmit and external websites
Forms submit to FormSubmit only when you choose to send an enquiry. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information for its cookie and processing practices.
When you follow a map or guidance link, the destination website may use its own cookies or technologies. Its own notice and controls apply. Those services are not loaded simply by viewing this website.
Changes to website features
If features requiring cookie consent are introduced, they must remain inactive until a valid choice is made. Visitors must be able to reject optional use and change their choice easily. The policy and controls must be updated together.
Your browser controls
Your browser settings let you inspect and delete cookies and site data. The steps depend on the browser you use. Because this version stores no application cookie preferences, there is no saved consent record or preference to reset here.
