Information you provide
Our enquiry forms request your name, email address, project details and service interest. You may also provide a telephone number, site postcode, budget and preferred timescale. Only fields marked as required must be completed. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people.
How the forms work
When you select “Send enquiry”, the form submits your entries to FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. It processes the request, may present a spam check and forwards the enquiry to info@rdbbuildingservices.co.uk. You do not need an email application to submit a form.
We do not store form entries in application cookies, local storage or a website database. FormSubmit and the systems used to deliver and receive email handle the information needed to process your enquiry. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information for details of its practices.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to answer your questions, discuss suitability and requirements, prepare requested quotations and arrange any agreed next steps. Where you enquire about entering a contract with us personally, processing necessary to take those requested steps is based on taking steps before a contract. For general correspondence and enquiries on behalf of an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to relevant business communications.
Information received through an enquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing. If a different purpose or additional information is needed, we will explain it as appropriate.

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. RDB retains enquiry correspondence according to its purpose, including answering the request, managing any resulting project and meeting applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Information should not be kept longer than necessary. You can contact us about the information held for a particular enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law provides rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict processing, object to certain uses and request portability.
